It may be a setting in the shortcut. Right click on the icon you use to launch Internet Explorer, and choose Properties. If it's a shortcut, there will be a tab labelled Compatibility. Click on that, and if Compatibility Mode is checked, uncheck it. OK that, and then start IE and see what happens.

Do this it will work, Goto Regedit go to this entry it will work, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionApp PathsIEXPLORE.EXE in that select path key, give this as path C:Program FilesInternet Explorer;it will work..
