Due to combined low testosterone, excess estrogen and prostate problems. (TRT therapies worsen my prostate) I have size A breasts. I am a small, average build man, with very little fat and I always wore double breasted, flap type pocketed shirts. My nipples are pointy and sensitive and irritating when they rub on shirts. I had no end of hassle trying to find a solution. I needed to flatten them and to stop the rubbing. I live in a hot climate as well. I tried tape and bandages, and eventually bras. Most womens bras don't fit men. They are not designed for wide shoulders with pecs and lats. Some even roll up when you lift your arms. I wear a tight fitting vest under my shirt for winter (2 months), but had problems in hot sweaty summer. I eventually found a bra which works excellently.

Seriously expensive, but very comfortable, they flatten a little and round them slightly, so I can even wear them under a shirt without pockets. They do not ride up, seem to wick moisture, the straps are doubled and the strap adjusters sit under the shirts creases so they dont show through the shirt. The bra does not cut into my under arm muscle either. They have a slightly feminine, jacquard pattern on them, but no-one except the wife sees that and she is the most supportive, caring, loving, understanding wife in South africa.

In the case of man boobs, many men have what is called gynocomastia causing them to have usually small A-B breasts tho some with much bigger. Go to Google and you'll find thousands of men and some women talking about their boobs or the desire to have them. Something most of us guys haven't made the connection with is: if 'feeling up' a gal's boobs causes great pleasure to her, it might work for us also!--It DOES! As a result, many want to increase their pleasure by growing breasts. Many also as a result succeed to the point that they DO need support and esthetics. ( who wants to have or to look at breasts that slap on your belly) ugh!

Maybe instead of giving cause to companies to start selling man bras (ffs!!), why don't these overweight guy just DIET?!?!
It's hardly rocket science. Diet, exercise and get in shape or have the 'fun' of your work mates finding out you wear a bra, which would you rather have?
Really, this touchy feely crap we've got going on in the world right now it getting outta hand. You're a guy, you're overweight, so you're gonna develop big tits.

The easiest way to turn those boobs into pecks is simple...
Two words...
Bench Pressing!
I had man boobs a few years ago, and within 3 weeks, they were gone and i was showing respectable pecks.
Before I started working out, I used a "power t shirt" that looks like a regular t shirt that flattens out your chest and makes it look like you have no man boobs. They work really great.
