I have a 2005 Ranger that cuts off at 90, how would I get around this

    you'll need to find some-one with a snap on scanner to reprogram the computer.

    you could try taking the govenor off of it..but if its regulated by the brainbox you will need someone that has a means to access and reteach the thing :)

    Only way to get around it is to get a tuner and disable the speed limiter.

    There really is no need to go over 90 in a ford ranger though

    you should just leave it alone. Whf are you trying to go over 90 in a ford ranger. What a stupid thing to do . Why the hell did you buy a Ford Ranger if you like to go fast??

    I can't think of anywhere in the US that you can legally drive 90. Drive safe man. My kids are driving on the road
