How are missions funded for missionaries whose parents cannot afford missions?

    The local congregation (ward) from which the missionary leaves generally has what's called a Ward Mission Fund. Church members belonging to that ward contribute money to that fund to sustain those who can't afford a mission personally.

    One way i can could think of is get a job and people in the church will tith to help to pay for it.
