    Run an ad on Craigslist.org - you might not get a hit, but people will offer their prices so you can have some sense of what it might cost

    I think you are a cheap skate. Why would anyone want to work for no pay??? Did you mean that you would pay some sort of royalty, if things go right for you??? All you state in your question, is ME , ME , ME? I did not see, any mention, for any compansation for anyone stupid enough to work for you for free. Get a life, at least pay the minimum $$$ per hours and I pity anyone whom works for you, as you sound like everyone owes you living but you don't give a hoot. If you own a company, then pay for the services you require.

    Oh my God! I can't believe you even asked that question. And you're an adult??? What purpose would it serve a web desigher to do work for free? Maybe you could find one for free in a prison... a way to get out maybe? But seriously, If you were to find someone like that, I personally wouldn't touch that person's work if my life depended on it. If you want a good website that enhances your business, then you'd sure as heck better be willing to pay someone. Even someone who's unusually cheap would be too big a risk in my opinion.

    Maybe you need to take some courses (maybe there are free ones hahaha) and do your own website.
