I didn't; but when my daughter was young I bought her this cool porcelain clown and she liked it but wouldn't let it stay in her bedroom when she went to sleep. Later, she told me it looked like the clown from the movie Poltergeist and it spooked her.
i HAD to sleep with my closet door shut because for some reason the light reflecting off my cupboards looked like something with huge teeth and eyes
i also SWORE that there was some weird robot guy under the bed (i called him "the controller" for some odd reason) and armys of little people would climb up my bed...
wow, was i high!?
I had a teddy bear, furry with a plastic face and TEETH!Got it as a baby and was terrified! So they put him in the attic.Couple of years later I found him and loved him. After that I needed him and his TEETH to protect me in my sleep...Still have him. He`s to old and dusty to sleep with but I still love him. :)
alot of things scared me and still do. i have a very strong connection with ghosts and spirits and stuff like that, and i had a stuffed dog that i swear was my guardian angel in disguise. i still have it, and he still protects me
no, I didn't, but my sister was afraid of the man who lived under the bed, so we had to sleep with the lights on... All the lights so that there weren't any shadows under her bed.
No, but I had a teddy bear, that would protect me if anything like that tried to get into my room. I still have him.
Nah if anything was in there that bothered me I just got rid of it. Although I had the usual fear of leaving limbs out from under the covers in the night lol why on Earth is it you think your protected as long as your under the covers? haha
No. But I used to fear a ninja
could be hiding behind my window. :)
Or that someone might break in,
into the house with some sharp
weapon.
I just had the usual Wild animals under the bed and all over the room (well actually against the wall). Lions, Tigers all the really mean ones.
lol
God yes!! Mum brought this beautiful old painting of a young girl with her kitten, it was portrait style and although it was very beautiful, the girls eyes used to follow me everywhere. My sister and i were so freaked out by it we trashed it and cycled down the park to dispose of it, we must have been maybe 8 and 6 at the time.
Urm i still do this. But then again I have ocd and irrational fears.

You're reading When you were a kid, did you ever have a stuffed animal or anything else in your bedroom that frightened you? Did you do anything to it, like stuff it in a closet or cover it with a blanket, so you could sleep at night?
