September 21st, 2007 when I got a phone call that my Son had a concussion, but actually when I got there he was so out of it I requested an ambulance and had him taken to ER which was a good thing because he ended up being highly intoxicated and could have died if not for the proper care he recieved that night.

couple months ago a friend of mine was trying to act like a big shot cowboy spinning his pistol on his finger and it went off shooting himself in the shoulder. He is fine now but felt really stupid explaining it to the doctor.

Almost 3 years ago I went into the hospital for some tests..that department sent me immediately to emergency. I was in emergency being operated on and treated for about 8 hours..and then in the hospital for about 6 weeks..I am very lucky to be alive. And I must add the nursing staff were terrific to me--what a hard thankless job they often do.

Around two and a half years ago. Started vomiting blood due to a liver condition and a bad previous diagnosis by a doctor that was a moron. A week in ICU, and I was doing much better. About a year later I was pretty much recovered. What really pissed me off is that a few doctors told my wife that I would not make it through the night. F them, I proved them wrong.

September 18th. Nerve pain in my leg. Had to be sure there wasn't a blood clot because I have lung and heart problems. There wasn't a clot, thankfully. I had a very good friend with me who helped the time pass more quickly.

I was there for a very severe kidney infection. I have a history of kidney stones and was in the worst pain I have ever had in my life. I thought I was passing another stone. My potassium level was dangerously low too. This can affect the heart. Eat those bananas and bring on the water! I'm happy to say I'm fine now and have not had a kidney stone for a very long time.

For me, when I was two and fell and cut my head open. For others... probably in my young teens when my best friend did something stupid and broke her arm or toe, or cut her foot or her butt or whatever ailment was the last one. I guess the people close to me tend to be fairly healthy and careful.

yeah was pretty bad, just a good thing everything healed up nice. The other guy she hit wasnt so lucky. he now will spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair.
