Is there any difference in ciggarette rolling papers or hemp rolling papers? How do you roll them by hand?

Rolling papers come in wheat, rice and other variables. The same paper used for tobacco can and us often used for pot. I can't explain how to roll a joint or a cigarette (rolled my own cigarettes for years, and rolled plenty of joints for others - I do not like pot, my drug of choice is meth) I would have to show you. Next time you are visiting remind me and I will show you how to roll a nice smoke, with and without the dollar bill.

Athrael's answer covers the difference. I prefer hemp papers because I like to support the use of hemp and they taste better. Now on how to roll it. I won't add any commentary about this guy except that he knows how to roll 'em and breaks it down well for beginners:
