  • It's true - kind of. Tampons can't get "lost" inside of you, but they can get "stuck" and need to be removed by a doctor. If they migrate sideways, it can be difficult to pull them out, or if you lost the string. Sometimes women forget they are wearing one, believe it or not.
  • Yeah, as mj. Lady luck said, they can get "stuck" but never lost. There's nowhere for them to go! I've had the string come off before and it was kindof scary and embarassing- but you can't "lose" it. It could be that her vaginal canal is deep and she cant feel around that far- but there's no losing a tampon. Unless you're like a 5 gallon bucket of mayo and it just falls out somewhere...
