My boss is on vacation. I can come and go as I please at work. It's 3pm and I'm bored. I am tempted to just go home. But there's a colleague of my boss who likes pretending she's in charge, so I don't wanna get caught by her. Should I leave?

• Why not polish the his chair as well while you're at it and if you have time, don't forget to dust the photograph of him and his family that he has on his desk - buff his telephone to a shine for maximum brownie points. • :) And the funny thing is my boss whether she's here or not rarely gives me enough work. She'll give me 1 project that only takes an hour to do and she doesn't want it due for like 3 weeks! So 99% of the time, I'm either fiddlin' around, ABing, leaving work early or what not.

• Me too. I always end up working at jobs where coworkers have psychological issues, and my family is driving me crazy. So I'm going crazy 24/7 because of everyone I'm around! My only non crazy days are the 6-10 hours a week I'm at MMA, Kickboxing, or working out at home. Ut oh 14 minutes until I'm japping. I'm going to use the time to pass by that colleagues office so she can see I'm still there...use the bathroom...pass by her office again...collect my stuff and jam! bye!

• Well then, if you'd leave with your boss there, then I'd say go. Just know that that bossy chick may try to get you in trouble if she thinks you shouldn't be leaving. You just have to decide if it's worth dealing with that situation.
