    No. Your liver performs far too many functions that are necessary for your cells to receive proper nourishment and for your body to dispose of natural and ingested toxins. From what I have been able to tell, there doesn't seem to be currently an artificial way (like kidneys vs. a dialysis machine) to accomplish all of these process.

    No. If your liver is destroyed, the only solution is a liver transplant, within days. On the other hand, the liver is large and undifferentiated: any part of the liver can do all the jobs of the whole. Therefore it is quite possible to live with two thirds of the liver destroyed. The bad thing is that if you damage your liver (e.g. by alcoholism), the liver may be close to completely destroyed before you start feeling ill.

    what about living without an affected liver like
    liver cancer (HCC) . isn't possible as the liver is unfunctioning ???????????????????? PLZ ANSWER ME
