  • Yes, I often get like this.Have you had a break lately? I was feeling like this and took some time off work, got lots of sleep, went out on my bike (exercise) didn't put too much pressure on myself and began to feel a bit better.Sleep is essential.But I do know what you mean.Maybe visit the doctor for a check up? I have to have some blood tests soon. Hope you feel better soon.
  • I hear you sister. It is so hot know and the temperature is reaching almost 50 degrees Celcius. it this heat that makes us so tired. it affects our body. but we have to be strong and keep working, otherwise we will stay with nothing.

  • It's 66 ABOVE F. in Michigan right now at 7AM, that's about 18 C. so I'm not complaining. It will get up to 82 F. later today, about 27 C. which won't be so bad because I'll be slaving over a nice cool desktop. I've had enough of bed for a while. Are you near the flooding and is it causing you to suffer from humidity?
