If your life flashed before your eyes, would you remember most of the bad things that happened, the happy moments, or the dumb things you've done in your life?

Honestly I think I would see all the things I have not done.

I would see all the happy moments, and I would see all the funny ones too.

Good question....I'm hoping it would be the good things....and I hope that never happens to me (my life flashing in front of me)because something bad usually brings that on.

I do believe it would be a mix....a mix of all things that really were momental and made some change..whether good, bad or how ever. I hopefully will not ever have that "life flash before you thing" happen.

I assume that if my life flashed before my eyes, I would be seeing my life. It has all of those elements and more.

Probably the bad things, I've done alot of good things, but they were mostly small. The bad things I did are larger (though there are a lot less of them)

Neither of those. I would think of my family first, second and third. They are my life and my world.

I am sorry to say I would remember the bad times. Now that I am older:( I am making wonderful memories with my children and thinking positive.

I think the point of that old story is that in that moment we see the things that our subconscious mind feels are most important about our lives. Since it is still in my subconscious, i really don't know, but I suspect it is a big picture which would be a mix of it all. Hopefully I will have some perspective - but not a final perspective.

I dreamt this question , and all the things I messed up on flashed by and the quilt felt very strong and painful - There were the people I had done wrong sitting in a circle with me in the middle (naked I was ) - I remember having to look at one person at a time and tell them , that I was sorry and then I was clothed and we all went to our happy times by getting up and moving to the next step , which was a very large out door buffet and we all then laughed about the dumb things we did , thats all I could remember + 5

it did happen to me once. a bus almost ran into me. i saw the entire life of mine, the memories even the most forgotten ones, flashed before my eyes. thank god somebody saved me. somebody screamed my name in time for me to move aside.
