  • Your best bet is to see a therapist who specializes in phobias and fears. They can direct you through a custom made help program just for you, and hopefully youll be able to overcome what is bothering you. Also, I have heard that hypnosis is sometimes used, but I do not know of its effectiveness.
  • i was scared of hieghts then i was offered a job that involved climbing ladders i took the job and just climbed the ladder it was scary at first but if you push your self and face that fear you will over come it it`s not easy but achievable i done it now i can go as high as i want on anything
