  • I tend to not hold grudges. There's no point in holding on to something useless that has already occurred.
  • Yes I do have a grudge. I would love more than anything to get revenge but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I am just hoping that it is true that what goes around comes around.
  • I don't hold a grudge like I used to. I was so ticked off at my ex-husband for so long and wanted to get revenge (but didn't want to get into any trouble over it!). I'm finally over it. Maybe I haven't had anything to hold a grudge over for a long time. I'll get upset with my hubby or sister for a day or two sometimes, but i wouldn't call it a grudge.
  • No, I don't hold grudges at all. It's a waste of energy. There's enough anger and negativity that we don't have control over. Why add to it? I've seen with my family what holding grudges can do to a person. I want no part of it. :)
  • Yes. With an individual who has repeated wronged me after given more than enough changes to fix it. Revenge isn't necessary, cutting myself out of that person's life impacted them enough to where I didn't have to do anything. Apparantly, I'm a good person to have around, but not good enough to work toward keeping. *shrugs*
  • "Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned." I am guilty of holding grudges in the past and for seeking and obtaining revenge but then I realized what a waste of time, effort and energy it was. A moment of satisfaction is not worth a lifetime of regret.
