You need to discover which solvent was used to make the paint/marker. Once you determine that, find some of it and apply it with a clean white rag in circles over the stain. It may also discolor the coat, but then it is ruined anyway so what have you got to loose. I would try ethyl acetate first, and if that doesn't work, try methylene chloride.
