It takes patience; normally you will have to do something 18 times before it becomes a natural habit!
If you have been taking the cat to the litter a lot and the cat still doesnt get it, try a new litter and always use the same brand. The cat needs to get used to the smell and feel of it. Some cats are better to train then others just like dogs and people. Stick with it and dont let up, some time the cat will figure it out. Also make sure nothing els smells like that litter or the cat may make a woops. Avoid leaving down things you know the cat likes to "woops" on like plastic bags and such. The fewer choices the more likely the cat will get it right. (NO spell check sry =/)
Just put her in the litter box. That's usually all it takes. And make sure she has access to it at all times.
