As near as I can tell, you should send those thanks to Marie Osmond and actor/singer John Schnieder (Smallville, WB).
The Osmand Foundation for the Children of the World was started by Marie's family to help children with hearing impairments, two of the children having been born with severe hearing loss. In 1982, they were approached by those wanting to reorganize the foundation and expand the focus to include all children treated in children's hospitals. At that point, Marie Osmond teamed up with John Schneider to found Children's Miracle Network.
I would write to them in care of:
Children's Miracle Network
4525 South 2300 East
Salt Lake City, Utah 84117
As of this writing the Children's Miracle Network has raised over a billion dollars since its founding, and 100% of the money raised in a local area stays in that local area.
