  • False. Souls are worth nothing in the material realm. The idea of someone selling their soul is something merely of fiction. If you believe in God, then God already owns everything, including your soul, damned or saved, it's His. If you don't believe in God, then the entire meaning of a soul is somewhat silly as a result. So something with no purpose, if it exists, or doesn't exist otherwise, has no practical value. But some people will have you believe otherwise - those are the same sorts of people who could sell a snowcone to an Eskimo.
  • False. There really are people who are principled, who can't be bought. *** At Uni we had a psych professor, and one day he said, "Everyone put your heads down and close your eyes. Now: everyone who would have sex for $100 dollars, raise your hand." And he continued up to something like a million dollars (which was a WHOLE lot of money back in the 80s). *** I didn't raise my hand. Why? Because I imagined all of sorts of people that MIGHT be willing to offer that kind of money...and I wouldn't have sex with those people for ANY amount of money. That doesn't mean that I couldn't be bought (back then)...but even then, in my relatively immoral youth, there were lines I wouldn't cross for ANY amount of money. There literally isn't enough money in the World.
  • FALSE. You are labeling every human that ever lived as of one mentality. That's impossible.
  • Isaiah 52:3 For thus saith the Lord, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.
  • no some things you dont do for any price .
  • Regardless if people sell their souls to the devil or not, to some degree, it is true, since (all people sin and fall to temptation). Which is why God challenges His followers to resist the devil so he can flee from you. 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
  • You don't believe in God, so you assume no one else does either. And if you don't believe in God, then you must not believe in Satan since Satan is the counterpart of God - you can't believe in one without acknowledging the existence of the other. That being said, Satan is known by many names - like "the great deceiver". It sounds like he has a strong hold on you to make you think the way you do. Take some advice - it's better to believe and be wrong than not to believe and be wrong.

For some things, there are no more than two options. The trick is to have the intellectual capacity to recognize when other options are applicable.

Insults never creates dialogues, but I can see you’re comfortable with that. Misery loves company, I don’t. I’m sure you understand.

I didn't insult you. If that's the way you took it, then perhaps you're in denial.
  • False.
  • In the bible God says that all souls belong to him. However, it also states that those who repeatedly sin, are of the devil. Sin came into the world through one man (the earthly Adam), and as such all sinned, and that which was in him, was also in them. This was why the second Adam was needed (of the spirit), so that sin would be put to death in them through Christ, and they would become sons of God. 1 JOHN 3:8 "He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning." For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. So Satan or the adversary, is the tempter, the beguiler, the shining one (nachash) and this feeds the evil inclination of man. Hence, the great songs regarding selling one's soul. Usually the temptation comes by the way, it's always been, by making you feel like a god, by giving you the world, the feeder of the self, one's ego, etc, which is why humility is required. “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
