Unfortunately it cant. I would hope you are not trying to have sex with a girl on top of the mattress while you are under the mattress...lol. Once semen is introduced to oxygen, its done. Not a juvenile question at all. The only dumb question is one that is not asked. Thats why this site is here...right?
