  • I have expectations in as much as manners cost nothing, that said some take advantage of the anonymity that comes with the internet, and so "act out." At least in keeping your expectations low, you will never be disappointed, but perhaps even pleasantly surprised from time to time.
  • This looks a bit more like a sermon than a question. But I'll give it a shot. I do have expectations based on the relationship. If I'm paying someone to do something I have a standard of expectations. If its my son I expect him to know how to treat others. Whether or not he does is his choice. I think people overuse and misuse the word bullies/bully. And lastly because I'm in pain, "control freaks" cannot control you without your permission and active involvement. And they cannot force their beliefs on you. They are entitled to free speech to some extent in that if you don't like it don't listen. They can't force you to feel badly. That's your choice.
    • Shadow Of The Mind
It’s not a sermon because I am not a religious weirdo. Some people are vulnerable and can’t defend themselves from control freaks. Religious weirdos don’t know how to treat others right because they are insensitive towards the emotions of others since they are involved in their subconscious mind and not in tune with others. Everyone is entitled to free speech but there is such a thing as being careful what is said such as not to say anything racist.
  • Yes. For example: I expect them to not be dogs or cats or rocks or bricks...
    • Creamcrackered
Lol! Well.. guess what I found you for Christmas? Here's Mr Rock....
  • Not really. Live and let live and don't impose unnecessary boundaries on others.
  • yes, I expect them to be worth my time and effort. I don't suffer fools and I am a judger (owning it!). I don't speak what I think all the time, but it shows up on my face. LOL!
