Let's see if this works... Right-Click anywhere on your desktop. (Make sure you don't click on any document or icons. ) Go to Properties then to the Desktop Tab. At the bottom there is a button Customize desktop. You will see a recycle bin icon with a check box by it. Just check that and click Apply.

It isn't about your computer brand, it's your operating system. What version of Windows are you using?

Just go to search and write Recycling bin or recycle bin. The logo should show up. Simply drag it to your desktop.

In Vista: right-click the desktop click 'personalize' on the left hand side, click 'change desktop icons' tick the boxes for the ones you want click 'ok'

Delete a file from any folder, the recycle bin should come back.

When the “Display Properties” multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the “Desktop” tab. 3. Click the “Customize Desktop” button. 4. A “Desktop Items” dialog box will appear. Make sure the “General” tab is selected. 5. Choose an icon to change back. 6. Click “Restore Default”. 7. Click “OK” on the dialog boxes to close them. both should work for you
