I agree repair is unlikely to be cost-effective, if available at all. If it's under warranty, contact the manufacturer. Check the basic things first: are there any lights? Find the reset button - often hidden inside a small hole. See if it shows up under wifi access points on your phone. Google "30-30-30 reset."
