True or False: Adam Toledo died because he complied with police orders?
On 29 March 2021, 13 year old Adam Toledo was ordered to stop running and show his hands to a police officer. He stopped, put his hands up (palms out) and turned to face the officer who then shot him, according to body cam footage released recently. Does this situation and other similar situations (another example is Justine Damond) teach us that all police interactions can lead to death, regardless of whether the person interacting with the LEO obeys commands or not?

I want to know why a 13 year old was out at 1am in the morning with a 21 year old with a gun? where were his parents? when I was 13 I was in the house when the sun went down, even in the winter time. and even now in these uncertain times, I try to be in the house by dusk. why doesn't the media ever ask these questions? why was your child outside this late and why didn't the parents know or care where he was? they are always the first ones crying into the cameras blaming the police and everybody else except themselves. where is their personal responsibility?
