Many of them were and are perfectly nice and serious philanthropists who've done more for the world than most people ever have. It's large family. Like others, it obviously contains both good and bad members. Blanket statements about the Kennedys or any other large clan are simply uninformed and foolish.

  • Kennedy upset a lot of people. First there was the Mafia connection, then there was his affairs with German spies and other questionable women, then there was the Bay of Pigs, Then there was Vietnam and then there was a crooked election

Misinformed, as usual. You really don't know much accurate history, do you? What sort of education did you get? Not much, it appears.

And yet, Victorine, you're so well educated, but never share that with us. You only use it to belittle and insult others instead of enlightening the rest of us.

Victorine: First, JFK's dad was a bootlegger. He got started during prohibition but quit and went legit. He started Seagrams 7 from the money he made. Second, JFK had an affair with a German spy. Her name was Ellen Rometch. Here is a link to Forbes which explains it. https://www.forbes.com/sites/realspin/2013/10/16/john-f-kennedys-final-days-reveal-a-man-who-craved-excitement/ Third, Kennedy invaded Cuba in the Bay of Pigs, even though the invasion plan was published in the NY Times the week before by Tad Szulc. Castro was ready and the rest is history. Again you can do a Google for this. Fourth - Vietnam. Kennedy wanted corrupt president Diem of South Vietnam out. He told Diem to resign He didn't. Sec of State Henry Cabot Lodge knew of the coup, which the CIA helped with, but he didn't tell Diem the date. Diem was killed. Thereafter, Kennedy sent in 1500 troops to keep South Vietnam from being overrun. But he did get the ball rolling rolling. Fifth) There have been books written about the election of 1960. The Chicago mafia registered dead people and in West Virginia the Teamsters and the AFL-CIO reversed course on Nixon and turned to Kennedy after the labor racketeers told them to. This is well documented and has been for years. You can google any and all of this and I"m sure you can find verification. Its all public knowledge.

  • Did THEY place a curse on their family? No, of course not, And no one else placed a curse on them either. There is no curse. A very large family of great wealth is not unlikely to have a number of unfortunate things happen to some of its members. That's a matter of the law of averages.
