I'm weaning myself from meat due to mild heart failure. The cost is another good incentive to quit meat! But also the reason I still eat what I have! haha. I still eat tuna, but I'm not buying meat now. I'm buying beans grains and seeds for protein now, and trying tofu and other new meals I didn't eat in the past. Do you eat meat? Do you have any suggestions for vegetarian dishes?
