My RCA P46811LV sound goes out but the picture and all other functions work properly. If I turn the TV off the sound comes back but I lose it again in a few minutes. How can I fix this?

  My RCA Tv picture is fine but there is an annoying High pitch sound coming from the tv it can last from 1 minute to 8 hours its the sound only a dog should hear Can anybody tell me whats wrong? when i mute the sound it's still there.
