What do you think if your admitted to the hospital and nurses, doctors refuse to listen to you when you tell them your medications have been updated well had this happen to me?

I took a whole list of my updated medications and the nurses, doctors completely blew me off

They always print out a med list when I have a primary care appointment. I make marks on it and usually they never even look at it. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they make changes on the computer. I have one medication that was increased in dosage years ago and every prescription I get says please note the increase in dose. I told my chemo nurse its been that way for years when she mentioned it. Then acted surprised when she verified this. I've had a nurse act like she didn't believe me when I told her I broke my ankle. She asked in a snotty little tone "Who told you you broke your ankle?" I said the people in urgent care who x-rayed it! I guess I should care more than I do.
