Does anyone else think their dog looks funny without their collar on?

My dog doesn't wear a collar, he knows if he leaves and runs away, theres no way in hell I'm chasing after him.

My dog thinks he lost his fur, without his collar. Before a bath, we take our border collies collar off. after a total drying, he runs in the house looking for his collar. is he embarrassed without it? he has been wearing a collar for 9 years. We don't think he looks funny, but........... Apparently, he does.

Yeah I reckon my dogs look like their necks are longer and sorta naked. They just don't look right. lol

Yeah, Its kindof like when my dad would shave his mustache and beard off in the summer, he'd look weird for like the first week or 2.

Yes I do. It reminds me of how I look without earrings. Something just seems to be missing.

My dogs only wear choke chain collars when they go out for a walk, I have put the regular collars on them but they look weird with them on to me, they look uncomfortable too.

Yes, and my dogs want them back on! They seem to just feel weird with them off. My youngest dog, who isn't even a year yet will bring me both collars so that I will put them back on them.

My Mom's Boston has been wearing the same collar for about 2 years, so yes she looks very funny without it. She freaks out after I take it off, because i think she thinks she looks funny. lol.

Considering my dogs always have their collars on without them they look ... funny. So yeah ;)

Oh yeah. In part because he looks "naked" without it, but also because of that compressed hair ring under the collar (which is roughly analogous to "hat head" on a human being).

it looks like a dog without it's collar. the thing i think looks really funny is a wolf with a collar.
