Only if you think it's a scientific fact that -- the earth sits atop pillars, and beneath a dome. And the sun goes around the earth. And the earth is flat. And the stars are set into a firmament. And on and on with such incredible, ridiculous nonsense like that which you will find all throughout the Bible. For a god that is supposed to be all knowing, and who created the universe and all its physical laws, it inspired a cult Bible that is chock full of ridiculous, sophomoric errors throughout. That people still believe it came from a universe-creating-god speaks to our continuing poor educational standards.
