First I'd scroll down to the two other questions just like this in the right column and check out the answers. If I didn't find an answer there, then I'd look in the 'bread trail' questions on those, but you could always post a question in the answerbag staff category. They don't usually answer but usually fix the problem in a day or two. Or ask Jenny who once posted an email address where she claims you can get in touch with answerbag staff. They don't micromanage this site by any stretch of the imagination.
