Do you have a morning routine? Do you only do it on weekdays or weekends too?
I used to, but now I get up and sleep whenever I want.

Yes , everyday I get up go to the bathroom , then take medication , test blood sugar but the medication comes first then I make breakfast.

Linda Joy I don't remember being told to test blood sugar after taking the medication. Then again mine is not serious like yours. I didn't remember the last time I checked mine so I did just now and it was 110. Not bad! And I didn't think of peeing and medication as a routine, but I can see that. And in that sense I guess I have a routine of sorts when I wake up whether its morning or not! haha. I was thinking of when I worked and was in the Navy. I needed routines back then to make sure I didn't forget anything!
