Are you a creature of habit? OCD? haha Structured? The opposite?
I used to have a routine and I would have suffered greatly if I didn't follow it, because I had to have a complete uniform and if I didn't have a specific routine I would have forgotten something.
Now I don't need all that. I do what I want when I want. Do you have a routine? Sleep on the same side of the bed, sit in the same spot on the couch, eat the same thing for breakfast, buy the same brand of toilet paper or toothpaste? In what ways are you habitual and in what ways are you not? Has this changed over time? How so?
