  • Probably much more than you would like to admit to.
    • Linda Joy
Probably not. I'm sure there is a lot you could teach me! Just from experience alone! But I'm not going to listen to your heresy. We'll have to agree to disagree on those issues. You could teach me a lot about flying, but I'm not sure you could teach me to fly since becoming blind, what do you think?
  • E² = m²c^4 + p²c² Now you know the mass-energy equivalence!
    • Linda Joy
Oh wow! I've been wanting to know that my whole life! I can die happy now.
  • Karate...I am a Black Belt and Sensei.
    • Linda Joy
I only made it to purple belt and decided that was the prettiest one. lol
  • "Gahm-sah-habb-knee-dah" - Thank you in Korean. "Gay-zoor deet-leand-yen" - Happy Birthday in Albanian. "Shield croat-uh" Turtle in German. "Me ay-air-o-days-Lisa-door ess-tah yen-o day on-gee-yas" - My hovercraft is full of eels in Spanish. Now you know how to pronounce the most useful phrase in each language like you are a foreigner!
    • Linda Joy
I know how to say 'thank you' and Happy Birthday in several languages from little songs we taught the children in Primary class.
    • bostjan the adequate 🥉
Wow! They taught you Korean and Albanian in primary school?!
    • Linda Joy
I never said they taught me Korean and Albanian! Did you actually read what I wrote? Primary is a church class for children under 8.
  • How to endure a tickle fight; it is all tricks of the mind there.
  • In my experience in Higher Ed, religious people show very little interest in true learning, especially if it causes them to question their cult beliefs, like in the cults of Christianity and Islam. They're the worst.
    • Linda Joy
So basically you're saying you can't teach me anything, but you had to call any religious beliefs cults. You're pathetic! And you call the others trolls (eye roll!) I don't call you names for being an atheist! I have a constitutional right to believe as I please and that doesn't mean you have a right to call me names for my beliefs. Your comments are prejudiced and bigoted! You don't even know me!

@OrangeDonRump What you are indicating is a generalization based on your experiences. I am learning to "try" that I keep my opinions to myself when it comes to politics or religion unless the person is open to a discussion. It's seem that even now based on my experience.....especially in the current atmosphere people are less tolerant of differing ideas even outside of religion.
