We have been trying to sell our property for about a month now. my question is how far down should you come from your appraisal amt, which was done only 3-4 mths ago?

    The Appraisal is what you house is worth, don't come down anything from that. See what the other homes in the area are going for, and go from there!

    Most homes on average are on the market for approximately 3 months. If you are asking a considerable amount more than your appraisal you should come down but if you are asking a reasonable amount then you should wait it out a bit longer.
