What do you think about the guy who is suing PornHub because the videos don't have subtitles?
Besides the jokes of "no one watches for the dialogue" and "I read Playboy for the articles," do you think this case has any merits?

Are they advertised to have subtitles? If no, then no. Should they offer subtitles for the hearing impaired? Sure. Should they legally have to do so? I don't think so. I mean, does Hustler legally have to offer their magazine in braille?!

Archie Bunker They actually do have titles that are subtitled. My understanding is that part requires a paid membership. But I agree that they should not have to. It's a private company and shouldn't have to provide services for everyone. If you allow that, every industry would have to provide services for every disability imaginable.
