  • There should be a trust document (perhaps filed as part of a will) which states the responsibilities of the trust administrator/trustee.

      I did this voluntarily.

      If you set up a voluntary (living) trust for your own benefit, you signed some sort of agreement defining duties and responsibilities, Financial disclosure should be a basic feature of any agreement. If someone else set up the trust in your behalf as trustee, then you are at their mercy.
