    I like to see the SOB caged with some starved attack dogs that have been forced to fight for their lives their whole existence and not let out till they've torn his throat out.


    And this from a guy(ME) who believes that PETA should stand for People Eating Tasty Animals!

    Seriously, though, I doubt his fans will care. You have to remember the mentality of a lot of football fans (no offense to anyone, I'm merely generalizing. I'm sure nobody on here is like this) is the same as those who watch dogfights.

    I think he will receive a mixture of boos and cheers at home. I think on the road he will be booed loudly. Since it is a team sport it is less conducive to booing one player but folks will jeer him anyway, especially coming in and out of the tunnel to the locker room. I find it amazing that a lot of black callers to radio shows are crying racism, that Vick is being "picked on". This is silly. If this were Peyton Manning this story would be just as big.

    Given that Vick has had the number one selling jersey in the US for some time, I think his reception will be fine. (NOT saying I agree with that.) I think he'll lose some fans, but I really don't think he'll lose enough that it will be noticed.

    I think that is REALLY sad though, many more people should be outraged.

    same one Kobe got, Boos and harrassment. Peta demonstrations and maybe even death threats. It will be interesting to see how he responds with his playing. will it drive him like Kobe or will he fold. This will prove the heart of Vick as a football player.

    Having dog fights is inhumane but he didn't do anything against another person so I think the fans are going to give him a mulligan on this one.

    On the Road he will be hated but the team that drafts him the home city will grow to love him if he produces. I know alot of people hate to hear that but if Vick throws touchdowns rushes, and plays like pre-jail Vick he would once again be a king in a city especially if he goes to a team like Dallas and gets a championship or the Lions and lifts them to the playoffs. Me I think he needs to take some time off like another year and work with PETA or someone make himself look like he cares about life then sports atleast right now.
