I leave mine on - but put it on silent. I hate getting woken up in middle of the night, especially since I have trouble sleeping in the first place. But I don't like turning it completely off, because then I won't get my missed calls.

I rarely use my cell phone, so it's off. The land line is free to wake me out of a sound sleep, though.

Leave it on. My phone is always on vibrate, and I figure why have the phone if it can't be used to reach me when I'm in unearthly places at unearthly times?

right now i leave it audible ring 24/7. my dad is in hospice and every day that he gets through right now is a miracle. i absolutely dread the call, but will need to take it, whenever it comes.

I turn both mine off. I have to wake up at 6:20 AM, so can't stand to be awakened. The BlackBerry comes on at exactly 6:20 each weekday morning to wake me up.

i leave it on as i need to use it as an alarm clock and also if anything happened to a relative or somebody was in a bad way and needed help at least i'd be availible.

My phone is always on vibrate. I work in a library, so a cellphone ringing would not really be a good thing. I just leave it on vibrate at night so I don't have to keep turning on the sound and turning it off the next morning.
