Depends - I would go with my guts.
I work in a hotel and I know that sometimes looks can be decieving.
But then again - During Grand Prix weekend once a large Suite was suppose to be at 1275$ and was entered in the system by accident at 27$. Someone booked it and the hotel had to honor the rate.

smells fishy, I'll take it but i'll start investigate. may be too many people are too suspicious and that is why the prices for the larger rooms droped. and maybe they are infested with cockroaches or demons from the other side.

Yes, this room usually goes for 1,200 dollars. However, because of the triple axe murder that occurred here along with the serial beheadings, we can offer you it for only 12 dollars. We have, of course removed all body parts. It does have a wonderful view of the ocean where the murderer tossed the remains of his victims out.

LOL - Like I said it depends.
But sometimes you can get lucky because of someone`s human error.
Then again if beheadings were going on... Lets not loose our heads over that price.
