Never, I do them myself regularly. Cut and file about every three weeks, remove polish and paint as needed.

I have them gel wrapped about every 3/4 weeks usually the same day as i have my hair cut and streaked.

Its great I am on the computer all the time and my nails last from visit to visit.

What does the gel do? Just helps it stay on longer?

No it makes the nails much thicker and stronger. It is a layer of gel over your own nails or they can put on tips if you do not have any nails and then gel over those

I do my own. For some reason I always have to have my toenails painted but I do not like color on my nails.
I like them better without polish.
They grow nice so I just shape them and clean them regularly.
