Is there any way you can block a certain phone number from calling your cell phone?

Check your options or settings. Most new phones have call barring/blocking. You can pre-program numbers that you want blocked. You won't know they are being blocked however, it does it without you knowing.

Contact your cell phone carrier. some carriers have the capability to block certain phone numbers from reaching your cell phone.

It depends on the carrier you have. Alltell does have a blocking code, and it is only 100% when blocking another Alltel phone. I have that code, but there is no way I would put it on here. You are welcome to email me for it though. I have blocked a number or two, and I DO NOT have Alltel service!
