I'm 21 and female and I use treadmill for working out but my appetite is off. I'm never hungry during the day only at night and I'm trying to lose weight. Is there any way I can eat and lose weight properly for someone like me? I also often wake up around 3-5 sometimes 6pm due to a bad sleep disorder and taking to many sleep meds to sleep. Can anyone give me a eating plan that I can fit into my day that enables me to lose weight as I work out faster? I'm not an overweight person I just have extra body fat on my body and have been living where I stay home all day everyday and this month decided to live healthier. I have no idea how I gained extra weight ive always been thin for about 2 years of not moving around and not eating much I was pretty thin and then suddenly gained weight most likely from a form of medicine that I stopped taking then within a few months ago eating more caused me to gain even more weight. I'm looking for a way to eat enough and lose weight and build muscle at least to the point where I become a lot healthier and at my normal body weight and can sleep easier and figure out how to eat and sleep easier and build my own diet plan. I really need help
