1-9-2017 Yeah, ain't that a load of crap? My electric company wanted to charge extra to put the bill on my debit card every month. I told them no, I'll take it by mail and walk to the office and pay in cash.

There is no cost to receive monthly bills by postal mail.

So far, the only extra cost is the postage required to mail it back.
