  • Not sure this is a problem, really. Yes, it is inconvenient to your sleep, but at your age your hormones have started raging, your sperm count is starting to rise, and your body is, in a sense, telling you it needs sex more than it needs sleep. At 14, masturbation is really almost the only outlet for you. You can't fall back to sleep without masturbating because - although you probably don't remember - you are having sex dreams and are sexually aroused and excited. After you orgasm, that subsides. (By the way, it is no myth that men get sleepy after sex. Sex releases hormones that induce sleep. This was a development of evolution to help keep males with females and increase the bonding between them. Otherwise the male would do what comes naturally and wander off to look for other sex partners.) That is pretty natural and pretty normal. Think of it this way - there would be really something to worry about if this was not happening to you. Trust me, your body is getting the sleep it needs and as to the wet underwear and pj's, there is really very little you can do. You need to orgasm and ejaculate and your body is making that possible. That said, your psychological need for sleep is different from your physical need. So, if your parents agree, try taking a sleep aid - like Advil PM or Nyquil or some such. That will knock you out or - depending on the intensity of your wet dreams - at least if you wake up you will have an easier time falling back to sleep. As to the wet underwear and pajamas, there is nothing much that can be done. You will ejaculate in your sleep no matter what. All I can say is stay in the underwear and PJs. It is easier to clean them up than to have to wash your bed sheets if you try sleeping in the nude.

@dorat, Thank you for your tips and your reassurance that what is going on with me right now is normal... It makes me feel a whole lot better. To tell you the truth, I kinda enjoy masturbating, if that is normal as well for young teen boys. And the truth is, I usually only get wet dreams when I didn't masturbate before I go to bed (like, sometimes it takes me FOREVER to orgasm and ejaculate, and when that happens and when my dick doesn't get hard for very long, I tire myself out completely, not to mention that I am disappointed when that happens). Like, every night before I go to bed I feel the incredible urge to masturbate to release the stress built up during the day, and I usually start pleasuring my body the moment I climb into bed. It feels incredibly good to just release all that stress all at once, as masturbating is somewhat of a "comfort/pleasure thing" for me, you know? (But it's not just during the night; I often do it in the morning, once in the afternoon, and again at night. Is this too much?) Also (relating to my other question) I took your advice and I looked up some porn on my laptop, and I've found I can orgasm and ejaculate much easier and more often now, as the porn I look up really turns me on, and I already have some "favorites". Oh, and thank you for the advice about it being better if I wear at least some pjs to bed instead of sleeping in the nude, as I go asleep in the nude more often than in my pjs and my underwear. I know my hormones are running wild and stuff, but is masturbating 2-3 times a day too often? (It doesn't affect my social schedule or anything) I just get the sudden and irresistible urge to masturbate and so I have to go to either my bed or my bathroom to do it. When my friends are over and if my dick gets hard I try to suppress my urges more, and so far I've been ok

  • Well I am not a man but from what I understand that is pretty normal for someone your age. If you are perspiring then drink less liquids and eat less fruit. If you are ejaculating in your sleep then it is what used to be called a "wet dream" which is natural. Because of your hormones and all the chemicals going on in you at your age it is really easy for you to get hard and that will be so for several more years and even older men do become hard when they think it is less appropriate so they are embarrassed but should not be because it is natural. Is also common for men to sleep after ejaculating whether by themselves or with us.
