Online Arena car game?

Can someone please help me find a arena car game that I played around with back in 2012-2013 or somewhere around there. I was a online game with other players. everyone had their own car. there was a lobby where you could park your car in garages or spay paint it. If you wanted to you could go into the race arena and you could pick up weapons and so on. it was a 3d game
