I'm the same way, XD And I heard that it is but I don't really know.

Girls, if you feel comfy sleeping in your bra, sleep in peace, it won't effect your breast size either way.
-
I heard that if you always sleep with one on that they don't grow as much, but I don't know if that's ture or not. I doubt it though but I still don't sleep with one on anyway because it's more comfortable.

I think its alright to sleep with a bra as long as its not an underwire bra, because they are supposed to be hard on the skin and hazardous to your health.

Growing up I slept with a bra because I had a brother & my dad at home & just felt awkward going without one. It didn't keep mine from growing, good lord if it did I would have naturally put dolly parton to shame because I have dd's now. As an adult I can't wait to get home & take my bra off but its just a matter of preference I think so if you feel more comfy with it wear it if not let the twins float.

I've read several places that it doesn't. I always remember this one magazine saying "think of it this way: does wearing shoes affect the growth of your feet? no." and i always thought that made sense. however, i HAVE heard that sleeping with a bra on DOES help breasts not to sag long term. which is always a good thing. *thumbs up*

Not sure about the bra, but I did hear that constant stimulation of the breasts prior to bed will help growth. It just so happens that I am a professional breast stimulator. What time shall I be over?

Lots of people wear bras to sleep in. For comfort I would recommend a cotton bra. You can get a number of bras designed to be be worn whilst sleeping. These focus on comfort and palces fasteners in places that will not hurt. It will help keep the shape.

In general, you shouldn't wear constrictive clothing at night. I have no idea how tight your bra is, but if you take it off and you can see dents in your skin where the bra was, it's been constricting you. Better safe than sorry, wear a t-shirt. Some say a sports bra isn't constrictive. Use the dent test. The reason is you want to allow free movement of blood throughout your body while you sleep for healing, growth, and general health.

Yes, it is OK. No, it will not slow growth of breasts unless you are wearing a tight, compression style bra. In fact, it can help keep everything in place and "train" your breast tissue to stay where it is supposed to (up in front). Lots of women sleep with a bra at night - and, in actuality, it is often preferred by larger breasted women. The biggest reason is comfort (stops squishing or sagging or tugging). I sleep with an all cotton sports bra at night. Not a real "compression" sports bra, but the kind you pull over your head with a racer back and a band of elastic all the way around the bottom for comfort. It does not have any cup shaping and is soft and has room to move. Sort of like a thick, cropped tank top that has a band below the bust line. The racer back design is more comfortable at night and take the load off straps digging in to your shoulders.

It is more comfortable to sleep without the bra (my opinion)

Sleep as nature intended you to, in the nude (but indoors is probably more safe). Besides, I know, from my standpoint, it is always more attractive to your s/o sleeping next to you today or in the future :-)

my mom says its 'unhealthy' and that womens breasts need to 'breathe.' do i listen to her?? no. just sleep with it on, if its comfy. but sometimes, if i have trouble sleeping, i'll just go with a super baggy t-shirt. a comfy one. or a cami.

As a chiropractor, my dad saw many women with back pain caused by pressure put on the back by the bra. The purpose of the thing is supposed to be support. What need is there for support when you're lying down? I think it'd make more sense to do without, or with some sort of sport bra.
