Is the television show, "Eye for an Eye" for real, or just a mock up? Is it a real court room, or just a TV show?

It is not a real courtroom, it simply tries to serve as an arbiter for small claims cases that are too ridiculous or petty for a real court. I have seen a few episodes, and I am absolutely apalled at their perversion of justice. The judge almost always rules in favor of the more likable party, even when the other party might be in the right legally. He attempts to justify his rulings with his seemingly amateurish understanding of law that one might develop watching reruns of Law and Order. Eye for an Eye is painful to watch, and it is an insult to the very concept of criminal justice to associate it with this show.

Excuse me but the judge practiced law for 20 years in charleston sc and therefor has a deep knowledge of law. i adore this show and it claims to be a real courtroom so...

shows crap man. if you cant watch it and tell its bullshit your not too bright. sometimes they have random representatives of like a bank or some shit and then that representative not only loses (cause all banks are evil and that judge is and angel or some shit) but the rep. will have to do something humiliating? hes merely a representative. he generally has nothing to do with the situation at hand. and besides that y would a bank be taken to a small claims court? they have like the best lawyers on the planet. if some crappy joe nobody can beat a bank for some bullshit that banks do everyday then im in the fucking matrix cause i have no idea whats real.
