you only have two yrs experience and you were a trainer??? no ofence to but you haven't completely learned to drive yet
I know that you have a possible job lead in the works, but just in case that falls through, or even if it doesn't, there are some steps you need to take to protect yourself and clear your record as best as possble.
First, order a copy of your DAC report. Instructions for doing this can be obtained from the OOIDA website (www.ooida.com). Your previous employer has probably reported your failed drug test for future employers to see.
Second, contact OOIDA for assistance with the steps you can take to clear your name. You also need to demand a copy of your test results from the previous employer, showing exactly what drug they say was found in your system. Look through any prescriptions, supplements, and foods you eat that may have caused the false positive. If you think there is a substance that has caused the result, time is of the essence for getting a test that will look for that specific substance.
OOIDA can advise you (to some extent) as to what steps you should take. If you are not a member, you can save $20 on your first year's membership with a referral, which I will be happy to e-mail you, if you are interested.
