  • You can get a long brush wand to stick into the lint trap space after you remove the trap. And then pull your dryer forward and undo the vent hose. Clear that out as well. It often gets plugged and can cause a fire, besides making your dryer not work as well. Check all the way to the outside.
  • you need to take the fount cover off the dryer or turn it on its side and take a vacume cleaner and suck all the lent and what not from the ele motor that turns the drum as it collects lent and stuff as well. And as well around the heating elements to make sure there is no build up of lint but make sure you unplug it first
